Castings may have various quality defects after forming, such as "cracks, undercasting, depression" and so on, which can not be repaired, such as "flow marks, burrs, flying edges" and so on. Aiming at these repairable problems, how to deburr the die castings with high quality becomes the key step to improve the yield.


Although the problems of die casting can be reduced to a certain extent by controlling the temperature of die casting mold, molten metal and press pressure, they can not be fundamentally solved, especially burr and flying edge, which is almost the inherent "original sin" of die casting technology. Although the production scale of die castings in China has already exceeded the level of tens of millions of tons, the vast majority of China's casting production enterprises, in the production equipment, only the traditional milling machine, CNC machining center, wire cutting, spark machine, grinder, lathe and welding equipment, there is no professional polishing deburring equipment. At present, most die-casting materials use alloy materials, such as tin, lead, zinc, aluminum, magnesium, copper, etc. Zinc and aluminum alloys are the most widely used, followed by magnesium and copper alloys. Therefore, the use of chemical deburring or thermal deburring has considerable limitations. The use of Diyang fluid polishing can solve this problem perfectly. In the mainland, fluid polishing deburring technology was first accepted by aerospace, automotive parts and medical equipment manufacturers, and gradually expanded to more and more fields.
